The Visix Choros annual subscription for other space types provides the per-space software license required to enable QR code booking for any bookable space that does not fall under the Meeting Room or Workspace categories — such as lockers, parking spaces, collaboration areas, storage rooms, bike racks, or breakout spaces. Each license activates one space within the Choros cloud environment, allowing users to scan a QR code with any iOS or Android smartphone to reserve that space on demand, with no app download needed. This flexible subscription extends the Choros WebAR space booking platform beyond traditional meeting rooms and hot-desks to cover virtually any shared organizational resource that benefits from a reservation system. Like all Choros subscriptions, it is priced annually per space.

Product Description

Visix Choros is a patent-pending WebAR QR code space booking platform designed to replace traditional room signs and reservation kiosks with a fully contactless, BYOD booking experience. The Per Space Type Other annual subscription activates any non-meeting-room, non-workspace bookable space within your Choros cloud deployment. Common use cases include personal lockers, parking spaces, collaboration alcoves, bike storage, ping pong tables, maker spaces, equipment storage rooms, or any other shared facility resource an organization wants to manage through a reservation system.

Once configured in the Choros cloud dashboard, each space receives a unique QR code that is printed and placed at or near the space. Users scan the code with their smartphone camera to view availability and make, extend, or cancel reservations — all without downloading an app or logging into a system. Facilities managers can define each space with a custom name, description, location, floor, building, and organizational unit. Because Choros is fully cloud-hosted, there is no on-premise server to install or maintain. The One-Time Cloud Setup Fee (SKU: VX-A-CLD) is required separately for initial Choros cloud provisioning. Meeting rooms and desks are licensed under their respective SKUs (VX-A-LMR and VX-A-LWS).
