Product Description

The U-01F installs into an open module slot on a TOA 900 Series host and draws 24 V DC from the main frame. It is intended for adjacent line-level sources located within roughly 15 feet of the host, where an unbalanced connection on a secure XLR is preferred. The female XLR-3-31 equivalent connector locks in place, which is useful where a media feed must not be accidentally unplugged. With a 220 kΩ input impedance, the module bridges most consumer and prosumer line outputs without loading them. Gain is adjustable from -30 dB to 0 dB so the source matches microphones and other inputs in the same chassis. Frequency response runs 20 Hz to 20 kHz with low distortion, keeping music and program audio full-range. The module is a clean way to add a locking line input to a fixed-install background-music or paging system.
