Product Overview
Televic TReX (T-ReX) is a software-based multichannel audio recording solution for Plixus conference systems, supporting recording of up to 8 simultaneous audio channels from a meeting. It provides a scalable approach to conference recording: installations can start with a 2-channel baseline and expand capacity as needed. TReX integrates with the Plixus conference system to capture floor audio, individual microphone channels, and language channels from interpreters, making it appropriate for government proceedings, council meetings, and any formal meeting environment where a detailed audio record is required. Recording management is handled through the TReX software interface on a connected Windows PC.
Product Description

TReX provides conference room recording beyond what is available with the built-in recording on Plixus AE-R engines. While the AE-R records up to 3 language channels internally, TReX extends recording capacity to 8 simultaneous channels via software on a dedicated Windows PC connected to the Plixus system. This makes it suitable for complex multilingual sessions where more language channels need to be captured independently. Recordings are stored on the connected PC's storage, giving integrators flexibility over storage capacity, file management, and archival workflow. The software interface allows operators to start, stop, and manage recording sessions without needing to access the engine directly. TReX is a software license; the connected Plixus conference system and a Windows PC are required.
