The Televic 8-Hour Support Block provides 8 hours of technical phone support and/or remote PC control for Televic conference systems, usable during business hours in 1-hour increments. The block remains valid for 12 months from purchase, giving organizations flexibility to use support time as needed throughout the year. It is appropriate for AV integrators, facilities managers, and IT teams who need on-call technical access for troubleshooting, configuration assistance, or system updates on installed Televic Plixus, D-Cerno, or Confidea systems.
Product Description

The 8-Hour Support Block is used in 1-hour minimum increments as needed throughout the 12-month validity period. Support is delivered via phone and/or remote PC access, allowing Televic technicians to assist with system troubleshooting, configuration changes, and system updates without an on-site visit. This is an efficient option for post-installation support, covering occasional issues or changes that arise during the normal operational life of a Televic conference system installation. For installations requiring a dedicated day of on-site support, the TTC Onsite service (99.06.0003) is more appropriate.
