Product Overview
The Televic 4-Hour Support Block provides 4 hours of technical phone support and/or remote PC control for Televic conference systems, usable during business hours in 1-hour increments. The block remains valid for 12 months from purchase. It is the smaller counterpart to the 8-Hour Support Block (99.06.0008) and is appropriate for organizations with lighter or infrequent technical support needs on installed Televic Plixus, D-Cerno, or Confidea systems—covering occasional troubleshooting, configuration questions, or minor system updates over the year.
Product Description
The 4-Hour Support Block is consumed in 1-hour minimum increments as needed throughout the 12-month validity period. Support is delivered via phone and/or remote PC access during business hours. It provides a flexible, on-demand technical support option without committing to larger support contracts. For installations requiring more support time, the 8-Hour Support Block (99.06.0008) or the Remote Configuration service (99.06.0006) may be more appropriate.
