The Sound Control Technologies RC5-UNI is a multi-manufacturer HDMI camera extension kit that delivers HDMI video, IP/Ethernet camera control, and 12V DC power up to 100 meters over a single CAT cable. The RC5-UNI exists for AV integrators and system designers who want one extension platform across many camera brands. A camera-end RC5-CE module and head-end RC5-HE module connect over one installer-supplied CAT run up to 100 meters (328 ft), carrying video, Ethernet control, and camera power on the same cable. The tested camera list includes the AVer PTC500+ and TR530, Barco ClickShare Bar Core, BirdDog X1, X1 30x, X1 Ultra, X4 Ultra, and X5 Ultra, Cisco PTZ-12, Laia C-Pro 12X AI, Lumens VC-A50PN/VC-A50P/VC-A71P/VC-A61P/VC-TA50, Marshall CV630 and CV730, Minrray UV401A and UV540, PTZOptics PT12X/PT20X/PT30X-SDI and PT12X/PT20X-USB, QSC Q-SYS NC-12x80, NC20x60, PTZ 12x72, and PTZ 20x60, and Sony BRC-X400, SRG-120DH, SRG-300H, SRG-360SHE, SRG-X120, and SRG-X400.
