Product Description
The SMART TeamWorks companion app extends collaboration beyond the room display to each participant’s personal device. With an active app account, a user can follow along on their tablet, laptop, or phone, annotate the shared canvas, and contribute to the whiteboard from their own screen rather than relying solely on the room’s touch display.
TW-CA-1 is a named-user license — one subscription per individual. Organizations can start with a small number of app accounts to assess engagement and scale up by purchasing additional TW-CA-1, TW-CA-3, or TW-CA-5 licenses as user adoption grows. The 1-year term keeps the initial commitment low while providing access to the full companion app feature set.
The companion app runs on iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS. At renewal, organizations can continue with TW-CA-1 or step up to TW-CA-3 or TW-CA-5 to reduce the frequency of renewal management for active users.
