When applied to an active SMART Board warranty, the SVC-SP-B3YR-PLS upgrades coverage to the Pro PLUS Onsite tier for 3 years. In the event of a hardware failure, SMART Technologies dispatches a technician to your location for onsite diagnosis and service, in addition to providing advance replacement where applicable. The plan also includes priority next-business-day response and access to dedicated Pro-level technical support. This is the appropriate choice for mission-critical deployments, large institutions with permanent installations, and organizations that cannot ship displays for off-site repair. Annual renewal is available via SVC-SP-B1Y-PL-R.
