Product Description
This warranty extension covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures on qualifying SMART interactive whiteboard models during the 2-year extension term under SMART's standard limited warranty terms. The EWY2-IWB applies to legacy SMART IWB products; it is not applicable to SMART Board flat-panel interactive displays, which use separate warranty SKUs. Claims are processed through SMART's standard service channels, with repair or replacement at SMART's discretion. Organizations should confirm that their specific IWB model is a qualifying product before purchase by consulting the SMART warranty coverage documentation. This SKU does not include advance replacement or remote management services. Registration to the specific IWB serial number is required at time of purchase.
