The Shure AD221 is a passive 2-way combiner/splitter designed for Axient Digital PSM in-ear monitoring systems. It allows for the splitting of an incoming RF signal into two outgoing signals or the combining of two incoming signals into one, streamlining antenna setups and reducing intermodulation noise in environments with multiple antennas. When used with ADTQ or ADTD Axient Digital PSM transmitters, the AD221 enables Automatic Transmitter Compensation, helping to defend against passive signal loss. Its backplate is designed for convenient mounting, ensuring a secure and organized installation.
