Product Description
The A42PF is the Popstop windscreen that pairs with the A42SM ShureLock shock mount used with the Shure KSM42 large dual-diaphragm condenser microphone. It positions a pop screen in front of the capsule to intercept plosive bursts and breath noise before they reach the diaphragm, preserving the microphone's natural tonal balance. The magnetic attachment lets engineers add or remove the filter in seconds and adjust its position relative to the talker. For studios, broadcast facilities, and AV teams running voice capture, it is a practical accessory that improves intelligibility on close-mic vocal and narration work.
