The KK 105 U (nickel) brings Neumann’s KMS 105 supercardioid capsule technology to Shure-compatible wireless handheld transmitters. The supercardioid polar pattern uses a single polar pattern design that holds consistent uniformity from 80 Hz to 20 kHz, providing stable, predictable off-axis rejection at all frequencies. Maximum SPL handling is 150 dB (THD 0.5%), covering the most demanding high-energy vocal and stage sources. The multi-level wire gauze acoustic filter provides pop protection while maintaining open high-frequency response, and expanded-pore internal foam protects against moisture and condensation.
