The HMD 26 on-ear single-sided variant delivers the same supercardioid dynamic microphone and ActiveGard hearing protection as the circumaural HMD 26, optimized for outdoor broadcast applications where portability and comfort during extended field deployment are primary concerns. The noise-compensated supercardioid dynamic boom microphone delivers clear voice communication in high-ambient-noise outdoor environments, and the ActiveGard system is switchable with three attenuation settings (off / 95 dB / 110 dB) to protect against sudden audio peaks. Boom wearable on either left or right side. Compatible with Sennheiser Cable 26-II series (sold separately).
