The Sennheiser HME 26 Outdoor On-Ear (SKU 700320) is a closed on-ear supra-aural broadcast headset with ActiveGard hearing protection and a supercardioid electret condenser boom microphone, designed for outdoor broadcast applications where condenser microphone clarity and compact on-ear form factor are priorities. The three-setting ActiveGard attenuation system protects against sudden audio peaks during high-SPL monitoring. Cable sold separately; compatible with the Sennheiser Cable 26-II series.

The HME 26 on-ear variant delivers the same supercardioid electret condenser microphone and ActiveGard hearing protection as the circumaural HME 26, in a lighter supra-aural (on-ear) form factor suited for outdoor ENG, reporter, and location production headset use where all-day wearability and reduced weight are important. The electret condenser microphone provides higher sensitivity and more natural voice frequency response than dynamic microphone variants, effective for field interviews and outdoor location production. ActiveGard is switchable with three attenuation settings (off / 95 dB / 110 dB). Compatible with Sennheiser Cable 26-II series (sold separately). Boom wearable left or right side.
