Salamander Unifi Huddle Cabinet w/Dual Mount, Siena - Natural Oak Veneer - D1/338AM2/SN/NO/BK

Product Overview

The Salamander Unifi Huddle D1/338AM2/SN/NO/BK is a mobile AV cabinet with an integrated dual display mount, finished in Siena Natural Oak veneer. It carries two displays, the room electronics, and a camera position in one rolling assembly. Natural Oak is the light wood option for contemporary interiors.

Product Description

Dual displays let content and far-end video occupy separate screens, keeping remote participants at usable size in a small room. That is the argument for the AM2 configuration over the single-mount AM1 in any space where video collaboration is the primary use rather than occasional.

Natural Oak reads as warm without darkening a small room, making it among the safer finish choices where the AV team did not specify the interior. Inside, a 3RU vertical rack and adjustable trays take the codec, switcher, and control processor, with cable management running through the open interior and up the raceway to both displays.

Competitor Comparison

Three products cover the small-room AV credenza brief. Competitor prices are list figures at time of writing and change.

How to choose: the AVTEQ is the closer like-for-like on price and also removes the wall mount, so it is worth quoting alongside this cabinet on cost-led projects. The Unifi Huddle is the stronger pick where the room needs two displays on one column, a published display weight rating, or a wood veneer that will sit beside existing millwork. The Middle Atlantic C5-FF27 wins outright when rack density is the priority and the display is already wall-mounted. Talk to our AV team to size a cabinet against a real equipment list.

Frequently Asked Questions

AM1 or AM2 for my room?

AM2 dual mount where video collaboration is the primary use and content plus far-end video both need screens. AM1 single mount suits rooms using the display for one or the other.

What display weights are supported?

Panel weight rather than size governs compatibility. Confirm both displays with our team before ordering.

Can the cabinet be relocated after install?

Yes. At 260 lb assembled, plan on two people and a clear route between rooms.
