The Salamander SA/C/4/BK is a set of four Saturn wheels in satin black, making a Salamander AV cabinet mobile. The black finish recedes against dark cabinet bodies and black compact core edges rather than drawing attention at floor level.
Product Description
Wheels change how a cabinet is serviced. A credenza sitting flush against a wall makes the rear of the equipment unreachable, so a routine cable change turns into moving a heavy cabinet by hand. On wheels it rolls forward, gets serviced, and rolls back into place.
Saturn wheels are styled as a visible design element, and the satin black version is the one specified where the furniture should read as a single dark mass.
