Large-format displays are the hardest thing in mobile AV to move safely. An 85-inch panel is awkward, heavy, fragile at the edges, and expensive to replace — and dismounting it for transport introduces handling risk at both ends of every trip, which is precisely when panels get broken.
A roll-in case lets the whole assembly travel intact. The stand enters on its casters with the display mounted and arrives ready to work, removing the dismount, crate, rebuild, and re-commission cycle.
