Salamander Infiniti Conference Table, 6 Person, Single Mic, Medium Dove Top, Dove Trim, Graphite Pedestal - IC/6M/SM/D/D/GT

Product Overview

The Salamander Infiniti IC/6M/SM/D/D/GT is a 6-person conference room table for Cisco Panorama with a single factory microphone cutout. The single-mic configuration suits a six-seat room where one centrally placed table microphone provides adequate pickup across the arc. It ships with a Medium Dove top, Dove trim, and graphite pedestal. Mic cutouts are made at the factory and cannot be retrofitted.

Product Description

Table-mounted microphones remain the right answer in rooms with difficult acoustics, high ceilings, or HVAC noise that a ceiling array would struggle with. In a six-person Infiniti the seating arc is compact enough that a single centrally located microphone can cover all positions, which keeps the table surface clean compared with a multi-mic layout.

The cutout is machined at the factory into the specified location, so the microphone sits flush and the cabling routes internally through the pedestal with the rest of the power and signal distribution. Nothing crosses the floor and nothing is surface-mounted. Confirm the microphone model with the order, since the cutout is dimensioned to the device.

Competitor Comparison

Three suppliers build conference tables around certified video conferencing systems. Competitor specifications below are as published at time of writing.

How to choose: the Infiniti and the Marshall table solve the same problem and differ mainly on finish program and how each is quoted — the Infiniti publishes a price and a fixed trim menu, the Marshall is configured per order. Steelcase media:scape is the better fit when the room is platform-neutral and the requirement is integrated power and data rather than a certified conferencing geometry. Frequently Asked Questions

Can the microphone cutout be added after delivery?

No. Cutouts are machined at the factory during the build and cannot be retrofitted without compromising the top. Confirm the audio design before ordering.

Which microphone does the cutout fit?

The cutout is dimensioned to the specified microphone model, so tell us which device you are deploying when you order. Our team will confirm the cutout specification against it.

Single or dual mic for six seats?

A single centrally located microphone generally covers a six-seat arc. Dual-mic configurations are more commonly specified at 10 seats and above, or in rooms with challenging acoustics. Contact our team to review the audio design.
