Product Overview
The Salamander FPSA/PCS is a PC shelf for FPS display stands, sized to carry a room PC or larger media player on the cart. It keeps the computer with the display system rather than tethered to a nearby table, which is what makes a mobile presentation cart genuinely self-contained.
Product Description
A cart that needs a PC but has nowhere to put it is only partly mobile — the computer ends up on a side table, connected by a cable run that has to be broken down and rebuilt every time the cart moves. That is the point at which people stop moving the cart.
Mounting the PC to the stand removes that. The computer, display, and codec relocate as one assembly with the cable runs intact, so moving between rooms is a matter of unplugging one power lead. For compact peripherals the strapped accessory shelf is sufficient; the PC shelf is for full-size machines.
