The ten inches of additional depth over the 20 in panel are not about the chassis itself — they are about everything behind it. A molded HDMI boot, a category cable at its minimum bend radius, and a right-angle power plug together consume several inches that no equipment datasheet lists. Compressing them produces cable stress and intermittent signal faults that surface months later as hard-to-diagnose room problems.

The integrated active cooling handles the other half of the equation, exhausting heat from equipment that runs continuously inside a closed C-Frame enclosure.
