Product Overview
The Salamander AC/W/L400/WH is a large fixed-height wall stand supporting 400mm VESA displays, finished in white. It is a floor-supported stand that positions a commercial display against a wall without requiring structural blocking, at a lower cost and complexity than a cabinet-based wall stand. Note that Acadia stands are not rated for interactive touch screens.
Product Description
Not every display needs an equipment enclosure behind it. Where the electronics live elsewhere — a rack room, a nearby credenza, or a device mounted behind the panel — a simple floor-supported stand is the efficient answer, and the Acadia range exists for exactly that case. It gets the display to the right height and position without opening the wall.
The important constraint is that Acadia stands are not to be used with interactive touch screens. Touch interaction applies repeated lateral force that this stand is not rated for, and an interactive panel needs a stand designed to resist it. For touch deployments, specify a Strut wall stand or an FPS mobile stand instead. The white finish suits light interiors and 400mm VESA covers a broad range of mid-size commercial displays.
