The Salamander FI/TS1/329 is a factory-installed tech shelf measuring 32 x 9 in on a 24 in post. It is the largest platform in the 24 in post family, carrying wide soundbars, deep appliances, and multi-device equipment groups on one furniture-integrated shelf.

Product Description

The extra depth is what separates this size from the 27 x 8 in shelf. Appliances that are deep as well as wide — larger codecs, DSP chassis, and full-size conferencing soundbars — overhang an 8 in platform, which puts load at the shelf edge and leaves connectors unsupported at the rear. At 9 in deep the device sits fully on the platform with its rear connector field clear of the edge.

The 32 in width also accommodates a soundbar alongside a second appliance rather than forcing a stacked arrangement inside a credenza. The 24 in post places the shelf just above the furniture surface; FI/TS2/329 provides the same platform on a 36 in post.
