Salamander 12 x 8 Tech Shelf, 36" Post - FPS Mount - FPSA/TS2/128
Product Overview
The Salamander FPSA/TS2/128 is a 12 x 8 inch equipment shelf on 36-inch posts for FPS display stands. The longer posts give greater separation from the display, which large-format panels require to position a camera or peripheral correctly. The 12 x 8 footprint suits compact cameras, codecs, and receivers.
Product Description
Post length is driven by display size rather than device size. On a large panel, a 24-inch post positions a camera too close to the screen edge, producing framing that is tighter than intended and putting the device inside the viewer's sightline to the image. Thirty-six inches restores the correct relationship.
Shelf size remains a separate decision, matched to the device footprint. This combination — compact shelf, long post — is the common specification for a small conferencing camera on a large-format display. Other shelf sizes are available on the same 36-inch posts.
Key Features
- 36-Inch Post Length — Correct device offset for large-format display installations.
- 12 x 8 Inch Footprint — Suits compact cameras, codecs, and receivers.
- Supports Devices Without Mounting Provision — Holds hardware with no VESA or bracket pattern.
- Defined Device Position — Hardware travels with the stand rather than loose.
- FPS Stand Compatible — Fits the Salamander FPS display stand range.
