What is the RDL AMS-BNC?
The RDL AMS-BNC is a BNC jack assembly that mounts in RDL AMS mounting frames and in standard D-style cutouts. It gives AV integrators a clean, panel-mounted BNC connection point for custom wall plates, rack panels and equipment front panels.
How does it work?
The AMS-BNC uses a high-quality gold-plated BNC jack with solder terminals for a permanent cable termination. The front plate is black satin powder-coated steel, and a black plastic bezel finishes the D-style cutout hole once the jack is installed. It mounts behind the front panel of any product that provides D-style cutouts, with a depth of 0.50 in behind the panel, and fits RDL mounting panels such as the RDL AMS-HR6 and RDL AMS-RU4. RDL rates the assembly for an ambient operating environment of -20° C to 70° C.
