RDL AMS-1RC – Single RCA Jack AMS Module, Terminal Block
What is the RDL AMS-1RC?
The RDL AMS-1RC is a single RCA (phono) jack accessory for building custom AV input and output panels. It can be wired as a line input or line output through its rear terminal block.
How does it work?
The AMS-1RC combines a high-quality RCA jack with a black satin powder-coated steel front plate and bracket. It mounts in RDL AMS mounting frames such as the RDL AMS-HR6 and RDL AMS-RU4, in RDL Decora-style connector plates such as the RDL D-D1T and RDL D-D2, or behind any equipment front panel that provides a standard D-style cutout. External connections land on a high-quality terminal block, which speeds installation in lecterns, wall plates and equipment panels. The module requires 0.89 in of depth behind the panel and is rated for -10° C to 70° C ambient operation.
What are the key features?
- RCA Line Connection — The high-quality phono jack can be used as either a line input or a line output.
- Terminal Block Wiring — A high-quality terminal block provides external connections without soldering at the jack.
- AMS and D-Style Mounting — The accessory fits all RDL AMS mounting frames, RDL Decora-style wall plates and standard D-style cutouts.
- Bezel Finish — A black plastic bezel finishes the D-style cutout hole for a clean, professional panel appearance.
- Shallow Depth — Only 0.89 in of depth is required behind the mounting panel.
