Product Overview
The Sound Control Technologies RCM-UNI is an on-wall camera mount for small round-base PTZ cameras in commercial video conferencing rooms. Part of the SCT RCM Series of dual-gang on-wall mounts, it conceals cabling and SCT camera-end extension modules behind the mount, with a finished cover hiding the 2-gang wall box for a clean installation above or below the display.
Product Description
The RCM-UNI is the universal member of the RCM family, anchoring a small round-base PTZ camera to the wall over a standard 2-gang electrical box and routing cabling through the wall behind the mount plate. Supported cameras span the most widely deployed conference room PTZ models: Sony SRG-A12, SRG-A40, SRG-120DH, SRG-X40UH, SRG-X120, SRG-300H, and SRG-X400; Panasonic AW-HE38/HE40/HE42/HE60, AW-UE40/UE70/UE80/UE100, and AW-UN70; AVer CAM520 PRO, CAM520 PRO Advanced, and CAM540 PRO; Lumens VC-A series; PTZOptics PT12/20/30X models; QSC PTZ 12x72 and 20x60; Marshall CV620; the Cisco Webex PTZ 4K; and the HP Poly EagleEye IV USB. The included cover hides the gang box and cabling, and a break-out tab at the bottom of the cover provides a pass-through for surface-run cables. Like the rest of the RCM Series, the mount conceals the camera-end modules of SCT RC4, RC5, RCU2S, RCU2E, and RCU3SL extension kits, so an extended camera needs no visible electronics at the wall. Vendor-published installation instructions plus PDF, CAD, and Revit drawings support AV design coordination.
