Product Description

The RC-RKM is the universal member of the SCT rack shelf family, designed around the head-end side of SCT camera extension systems. The 19-inch wide, 12-inch deep shelf occupies two rack units and accommodates the codec, multiple SCT head-end modules, and their power supplies on a single tray. Knock-out positions let installers configure the faceplate for the modules actually deployed.

Rear access is preserved so cabling to the codec and modules stays clean and serviceable after installation — a practical advantage when racks are shared by AV and IT equipment. Codec retaining plates secure the Cisco Codec Plus (RC-RKM0-PLUS) or Poly G7500 (RC-RKM0-7500) to the shelf. The RC-RKM is included with SCT RC6-CST, RC7-PD2, and RC8-CQC extension kits and is also available separately for retrofit and multi-room rollouts.
