Advanced room deployments require hands-on installation, cabling, and configuration best delivered on site. This service provides advanced onsite installation of one Poly video solution during normal business hours, delivered by a Poly engineer at your location. The engineer installs, cables, configures, and validates the room system, with focus defined by a Consulting Effort and Schedule Agreement. It is intended for integrators and IT teams deploying complex or high-visibility conference rooms. Pricing is per eligible system, so quantity matches the number of rooms. Travel and expenses are excluded and budgeted separately. Onsite delivery ensures correct installation and reduces first-use issues.
