Product Description

Some projects need project management in smaller increments than a full day. This service provides Poly project management at an hourly rate during normal business hours, coordinating scheduling, resources, and delivery. A Consulting Effort and Schedule Agreement defines the focus of the project management time before delivery. It is intended for integrators and enterprises that need flexible, as-needed coordination. Travel and expenses are not included and should be budgeted separately for onsite presence. Use the quantity field to reach the total number of hours required.
