This service remotely installs one additional camera or peripheral, or configures an additional use case, at the same time as the primary Poly video solution installation. A Poly engineer performs the configuration remotely, keeping the added component aligned with the base system. It must be ordered with the applicable Video Solution Remote Installation part number and delivered in the same engagement. It is intended for integrators and IT teams outfitting conference rooms with extra AV components during initial installation. Bundling the add-on with the base install avoids a separate visit and reduces cost. Order additional quantities for multiple peripherals.
