The Poly Lens Cloud Relay connects on-premises Poly devices to Poly Lens when direct cloud connectivity is restricted. This service remotely deploys the Cloud/Lens Relay and completes basic Poly Lens onboarding, delivered by a Poly engineer over a secure connection. The engineer configures the relay, establishes connectivity, and onboards devices so they can be managed and monitored in Poly Lens. It is intended for IT and AV teams enabling cloud management for endpoints behind the firewall. Remote delivery avoids travel costs and speeds deployment. Basic onboarding gets devices reporting to Poly Lens as a foundation for ongoing management. For larger fleets, order additional onboarding services.
