This service upgrades one additional Poly Clariti Platform infrastructure product outside normal business hours and applies to both remote and onsite delivery. A Poly engineer executes the upgrade, validates functionality, and confirms operation after the change. See the service description for covered products and prerequisites. It must be purchased with the base out-of-hours upgrade service PRO8279002 or PRO8279006. Off-hours delivery preserves voice and video availability during business hours. Order additional quantities to cover each extra infrastructure device. Contact the Creation Networks AV team to align a multi-device upgrade with your maintenance window.
