It covers the effort to reschedule engineers, review the current environment, and re-establish the delivery plan. It is intended for customers and integrators resuming an engagement after a lengthy hold. Applying the fee allows the original project to continue rather than being re-scoped from scratch. This is an administrative service fee and does not include the professional service itself. Contact the Creation Networks AV team to restart a paused engagement.
