This service provides one day of Poly project management for professional services engagements. A project manager coordinates scheduling, resources, and delivery for your AV or infrastructure project. Travel and expenses are not included.

Multi-site rollouts and complex deployments benefit from dedicated project management to keep timelines, resources, and stakeholders aligned. This service provides one day of Poly project management, coordinating planning, scheduling, and delivery across the engagement. The project manager acts as a single point of contact for status, dependencies, and issue resolution. It is intended for integrators and enterprises running larger Poly implementation, migration, or upgrade projects. Travel and expenses are not included and should be budgeted separately when onsite presence is required. Each day must be a separate line item on the customer purchase order to Poly.
