It extends an existing onsite engagement when more time is needed. It must be purchased with the associated dispatch service.
Product Description
Some endpoint and infrastructure installations require more onsite time than the base service allows. This time-and-materials service adds an additional day of onsite Poly field engineer support for endpoint or infrastructure implementation, available Monday through Friday excluding Poly holidays. The engineer continues installation, configuration, or troubleshooting work as directed on site. It is intended for integrators and IT teams whose deployments extend beyond a single scheduled day. This add-on must be purchased with the associated field engineer dispatch service (PRO7582003). Travel and expenses may apply depending on the primary engagement. Use the quantity field to add multiple additional days as needed. Contact the Creation Networks AV team to schedule extended onsite coverage.
