This service provides one day of Poly technical support for professional services during normal business hours, billed per day or any part thereof. A Poly engineer assists with implementation, integration, configuration, or troubleshooting as directed by the project scope. It is intended for integrators and IT teams that need flexible, day-rate technical support during a deployment. Travel and expenses are not included and should be budgeted separately when onsite work is required. Use the quantity field to reserve the number of support days your project requires.
