Product Description
When infrastructure cannot be disrupted during the workday, server migrations must happen after hours and often require onsite access. This service sends a Poly engineer to your location to migrate one Poly infrastructure application from an existing server to a new server outside normal business hours. Travel and expenses are included, and out-of-hours delivery keeps voice and video services available during business hours. The engineer completes the application transfer, validates configuration, and confirms operation on the new server. It is intended for regulated, data-center, and multi-site environments with defined maintenance windows and change-control requirements. Software upgrades are not included and must be purchased separately if a version change is also needed. This service covers a single application; order additional quantities as required.
