Product Overview
This out-of-hours uplift extends Poly video and immersive telepresence services to evenings, weekends, and holidays. It is added to a base telepresence service when installation or upgrade work must occur outside normal business hours. Priced at 50 percent of the service MSRP, it supports executive briefing centers and immersive rooms with strict availability requirements.
Product Description
Immersive telepresence and high-end video rooms are often mission-critical spaces that cannot be taken offline during the workday. This uplift authorizes Poly engineers to deliver video and immersive telepresence services outside normal business hours, covering the added cost of after-hours work. It is applied on top of the corresponding telepresence service part code and equals 50 percent of that service's MSRP. The uplift is intended for executive boardrooms, immersive suites, and multi-site telepresence deployments that require off-hours scheduling. Performing installation, integration, or upgrade work during off-peak windows protects room availability and avoids disrupting scheduled meetings.
