The MA551-MPI4E is identical to the MA551 in display specification — 55-inch U-IPS WCG panel, 3840x2160 UHD, 500 cd/m2, 8000:1 contrast (local dimming), SpectraView Engine — with the addition of a pre-installed Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 running the NEC MediaPlayer with CMS platform. This integrated System-on-Chip (SoC) approach eliminates the need for an external media player device, reducing installation cost, cable management, and equipment count. The NEC MediaPlayer supports multiple content formats, scheduling, and remote CMS management for multi-display network deployments. The Intel SDM Small slot remains available for additional peripheral integration. HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.4 daisy-chain loopout, failover input switching, RS-232C and LAN control with NaViSet Administrator 2, and portrait/landscape operation are all included.
