Neat Frame puts a complete conferencing endpoint into a slim portrait device that fits a desk, reception counter, or focus room. The 15.6-inch 1080 × 1920 multi-touch LED screen reaches 450 nits of brightness with anti-glare and anti-fingerprint coatings, and the portrait layout suits face-to-face conversation and calendar or kiosk display. A 50MP wide-angle camera with a 113° field of view and 4x digital zoom uses automatic people framing to keep the user centered whether seated or moving, and an integrated privacy shutter covers the lens when not in use.

Audio combines a two-way loudspeaker system with a front-facing tweeter and woofer, a three-microphone end-fire beamforming array, and one tracking mic, with Neat audio processing for echo cancellation, noise suppression, automatic gain control, and dereverberation to remove double-talk and keyboard noise.
