Product Overview
The Middle Atlantic UFAF-4A is a 4-space panel in the UFA (Universal Face-After) series with a black brushed anodized finish. UFA series panels are designed to mount small items at the front or rear of a rack while providing cable management and device tie-down points. The defining feature of UFA panels is the ability to install a faceplate after the panel is already populated, giving the installation a clean finished appearance without requiring the shelf to be emptied.
Product Description
The UFAF-4A is the 4-space version of the UFA series with a black brushed anodized (BBA) finish. Like the 2-space and 3-space versions, the UFAF-4A provides a mounting surface for small AV components, wall plates, interface modules, and other compact devices that need a secure home in a rack. The panel includes cable management features and tie-down points to organize wiring from the mounted devices. The black brushed anodized finish provides a professional appearance and durability. The "face-after" design allows the installer to mount all devices and route all wiring first, then snap or secure the faceplate over the assembly for a finished look. This approach is particularly practical in installations where the faceplate needs to be removed periodically for changes or maintenance.
