Ducted rack cooling moves heat out of the rack and into a remote space, keeping fan noise away from occupied rooms. The Middle Atlantic MW-DT duct top adapter is the interface that connects a Duct-Cool system to the top of the rack. It is designed to fit WR, WRK, MRK, VRK, VMRK, and DRK series racks, covering the most common Middle Atlantic floor-standing enclosures used in commercial AV and broadcast installations. The kit includes the top and adapter only, so the Duct-Cool system itself is ordered separately to match the airflow requirements of the equipment load. A removable two-space service plate is built into the top, allowing technicians to remove the rack top without disrupting cable bundles that pass through it.
