The Middle Atlantic HPQ-500 is a 500-piece pack of cable-friendly HPQ Series rack screws supplied in a reusable plastic jar. Each screw is 3/8 inch long with 10-32 threads and a Phillips truss head finished in black. The short length and rounded end let wires be dressed inside the front rack rail without chafing. They are ideal for mounting vent panels and cable management bars.
Product Description
Standard-length rack screws can protrude behind the front rail and abrade cable bundles dressed along the rack frame. Middle Atlantic designed the HPQ Series specifically to avoid that problem: at just 3/8 inch long with a rounded end, these screws leave the space behind the rail clear and chafe-free. The 10-32 thread matches the threaded rack rail used across Middle Atlantic enclosures, so the HPQ-500 covers the most common mounting tasks in commercial AV racks. The attractive Phillips truss head presents a wide, low-profile bearing surface and a clean black finish that blends with panels and equipment faceplates.
