Product Description
The UCP system from Middle Atlantic is a modular custom connector panel that allows AV integrators to build rack-mount connector panels from interchangeable aluminum modules inside a standard UCP frame (2-space or 4-space). The AVIP-UCP module is a specialized carrier that bridges the Middle Atlantic UCP system with popular third-party connector plate ecosystems from Wiremold (AVIP), Extron (MAAP), and FSR (IPS). Instead of requiring connector-specific Middle Atlantic modules, the AVIP-UCP provides a single-module slot that accepts the commonly available AVIP, MAAP, and IPS connector plates directly, allowing integrators to use the connector hardware they already stock within the UCP panel framework. The module accepts up to 3 single-gang plates, 1 dual-gang plate, or 1 triple-gang plate, matching the connector capacity of a standard single UCP module position.
