Product Description

The PDUMNH15AT1 features eight NEMA 5-15R 120V outlets that distribute AC power to rack equipment, fed by dual 12-foot (3.7-meter) power cords with NEMA 5-15P inputs. These dual cords connect to separate primary and secondary power sources — mains circuits, backup generators, UPS systems, or utility power grids, including out-of-phase sources — giving the PDU flexibility across a range of facility power configurations. Automatic transfer switching (ATS) allows the unit to switch from the primary to the secondary source within 2 to 7 milliseconds if the primary becomes unstable or fails, and an on-board ATS processor continuously evaluates power quality on both inputs to prevent switching to a secondary source that is unavailable or of lower quality. A built-in LX Platform network management card enables full remote access 24/7: the Java-free, HTML5-based WEBCARDLX interface supports PDU status monitoring and email notifications via secure web browser, SNMP, telnet, or SSH. Pairing with the latest PowerAlert Device Manager (PADM20) adds customizable dashboard graphs, and combining PADM20 with Tripp Lite's PowerAlert Element Manager (PAEM) extends maintenance capabilities for large installations, including firmware update checks and configuration backup and restoration.
