Product Overview

The Crestron HD-RXC-4KZ-101 is a compact, surface-mountable DM Lite 4K60 4:4:4 receiver that recovers HDMI, RS-232, and IR signals delivered over a single CATx cable. It interoperates with a DM Lite transmitter or DMPS Lite switcher for point-to-point AV distribution. The receiver supports 4K60 with full 4:4:4 color sampling, HDR formats, and HDCP 2.3, plus bidirectional control pass-through. It pairs directly with the matching HD-TXC-4KZ-101 transmitter for a complete extension link.

Product Description

The HD-RXC-4KZ-101 accepts a DM Lite input over CAT5e or higher cable and outputs HDMI to a local display or projector. For 1080p, WUXGA, and 2K signals, distances up to 230 ft (70 m) are supported; UHD and 4K signals are supported up to 130 ft (40 m). The receiver passes bidirectional RS-232 up to 115.2k baud and bidirectional IR up to 60 kHz, enabling control of a remote display from the head-end or control of a source from the display location. HDR10, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision metadata pass through, and the HDMI output is DVI compatible with the appropriate adapter. Power is supplied either by the included PW-2420RU 24VDC power pack or by a remote DM Lite transmitter or DMPS Lite switcher, with only one source connected at a time. The vented metal chassis includes two mounting brackets for wall, ceiling, or single-rack-rail mounting behind a display or projector. When used with a DMPS Lite switcher, the receiver is configured and controlled through the switcher. For the complete pairing and power matrix, refer to the Crestron data sheet.
