- What PoE+ switch infrastructure is required?
- IEEE 802.3at (30W) PoE+. Standard 802.3af (15.4W) PoE is insufficient. Cisco Meraki MS and Catalyst PoE+ switches are fully compatible.
- What warranty and SmartNet options are available?
- Standard 1-year limited hardware warranty included. Cisco SMARTnet CON-SNT-CSTBARGT for next-business-day replacement is available separately through Creation Networks.
- Is the First Light version functionally identical to the Carbon Black version?
- Yes. Both variants are identical in hardware and software. The difference is cosmetic only.
