Product Overview

Mounted beside the door rather than on the table, CS-T10-WM-G- is the wall version of the Cisco Room Navigator and is aimed squarely at intelligent room booking. Its distinguishing hardware is a multicolor, 360-degree viewable LED light bar that shows red, yellow or green from down a corridor, so occupancy is readable without walking up to the screen. The distributor lists this part number in First Light; Cisco documents First Light and Carbon Black as the two Room Navigator finishes but publishes no definition for the G position in this part number, so confirm the exact build on your quote. The panel is current Cisco product and takes a single PoE 802.3af Class 0 Ethernet run.

Product Description

A wall-mount Room Navigator is a scheduling device first and a control surface second. The 10.1-inch 1920 x 1200 capacitive panel shows the room's booking state and lets a passer-by claim or extend a meeting, while the LED bar broadcasts that state to the corridor. For an estate-wide booking rollout, that combination is what removes the ambiguity of people opening doors to check.

Installation is straightforward but needs planning. The wall version has one Ethernet (RJ-45) 100 Mbps port that can be used either for the external network or for direct pairing to the endpoint, a microUSB service port and a factory reset pinhole. It ships with a mounting bracket, sticker and template. Cisco does not publish a VESA or hole pattern for the wall version, so set out from the supplied template rather than from a generic mount drawing.

Beyond booking, the panel carries temperature, humidity and TVOC air-quality sensors whose readings reach Control Hub together with general noise, ambient noise and RT60 reverberation data from the paired video endpoint. That gives facilities teams occupancy and comfort telemetry per room without deploying a separate sensor network. Compare panel options across the room scheduling collection and the wider device and room control range.

Cisco lists compatibility with Room Series, Board Series (Board S, Board Pro, Board Pro G2) and Desk Series endpoints on RoomOS 9.14.3 or later, and certifies the panel as a Microsoft Teams Rooms Console and a Microsoft Teams Panel. Pair it with any current endpoint from the Cisco catalogue when specifying a new room.

Key Features

  • 360-degree multicolor LED status light — The wall-mount panel's status light is visible from down a corridor, so passers-by can see whether a room is free or booked without reading the screen.
  • 10.1-inch 1920 x 1200 capacitive touch panel — The higher resolution than the Touch 10's 1280 x 800 keeps room-booking and call-control layouts legible at arm's length.
  • PoE 802.3af Class 0 power — A single Cat cable carries both power and data, so the panel needs no local mains outlet at the table or beside the door.
  • Built-in environmental sensors — Temperature, humidity and TVOC air-quality readings are reported to Cisco Control Hub alongside acoustic data from the paired endpoint, giving facilities teams workspace telemetry without extra sensors.
  • Microsoft Teams Rooms certification — Cisco states the Room Navigator is certified as both a Microsoft Teams Rooms Console and a Microsoft Teams Panel, so the same panel deploys in Teams-standardised estates.
  • Anti-glare, anti-fingerprint surface — The finish reduces visible smudging and reflections on a panel that is touched constantly in a bright room.
  • Wide Cisco device compatibility — Cisco lists support across Room Series, Board Series (Board S, Board Pro, Board Pro G2) and Desk Series, so one control-panel SKU covers a mixed estate.
  • First Light and Carbon Black finishes — Cisco documents two colour options for the Room Navigator, letting the panel be matched to the room finish or the paired device.
