Product Description
Pandoras Box Server unites rendering technology with intuitive media and show control in a single turnkey appliance. The render engine performs real-time compositing in 3D, enabling projection mapping onto irregular geometry without pre-rendering content for each surface. Uncompressed video playback is supported at up to 4K and 60 fps, preserving content integrity from grading suite to screen. The PK3 configuration is the highest-capacity Performance Kit in the R5 line, with 30.7 TB of RAID-0 disk space for long-form uncompressed media and a separate OS disk to keep playback storage isolated. Up to 8 DisplayPort outputs feed projectors and LED processors directly, an optional sync board genlocks multi-server systems, and optional video input and audio output boards extend live capture and audio routing. All R5 servers feature SSD storage and dual Intel Xeon processors for sustained, predictable performance during live operation.
