Product Overview
The Chief KRA244W is a desk clamp base accessory that converts K1P, K1S, and K1W KONTOUR monitor mounts into K1D desk clamp mounts. It is used by integrators and facilities teams reconfiguring existing KONTOUR monitor arms for edge-of-desk clamp mounting in offices, training rooms, and workstation deployments. The accessory ships with a set of KONTOUR monitor mounting hardware.
Product Description
The KRA244W lets an existing KONTOUR arm be repurposed as a desk clamp mount without replacing the entire arm assembly. 
By converting K1P, K1S, and K1W mounts into the K1D desk clamp configuration, it gives organizations a way to adapt their installed base of monitor arms as workstation layouts change. The accessory includes one set of KONTOUR monitor mounting hardware, comprising M4 screws and spacers, so the arm can be reattached to the display after conversion. It also serves as a spare desk clamp base for fleets standardized on KONTOUR mounts. Per Chief guidance, the silver-finished monitor mounting interface is used for both silver and white-finished monitor arm solutions, so the visible arm finish is matched at the arm rather than this base.
